Enrollment FAQ:

What is the american ambassador scholarship?
The American Ambassador Scholarship was created by Boston Roundtable in recognition of American students who participate in the furthering of academic, social, and cultural exchange between the US and other countries. Until April 30, 2019, all domestic students who enroll for Summer S.T.E.A.M. camp will receive the scholarship, worth $100 off of enrollment fees.
WHAT IF I WOULD PREFER TO PAY A DIFFERENT WAY?
Our payment system accepts all major cards. For alternate payment options, contact us directly at Contact@Boston-Roundtable.com.
What does the enrollment fee cover?
For day students, the enrollment fee covers the following:
  • All classes and curriculum
  • Lunches for all classroom dates
  • One weekend excursion (location TBD)
For residential students, the enrollment fee covers the following:
  • All classes and curriculum
  • Dormitory (double room with roommate)
  • Three meals every day
  • One weekend excursion (location TBD)
WILL THESE DATES CHANGE?
Although international students move into the dorms in the 1-2 days prior, the dates reflected here represent when sessions begin for domestic students.

All sessions begin on a Monday and end on the Friday of the following week. Weekdays are classroom days that take place on the Cheshire campus, while weekends are for excursions (usually either New York, New Haven, or another nearby location). Please go back to the main page for a sample itinerary.
What if I want to enroll my Student in multiple sessions?
No problem! You will, however, need to re-complete the registration form for each session you wish to enroll your student in.
What if I want to enroll multiple students in the same session?
Boston Roundtable offers special rates for multiple enrollment - please complete the registration form for each student you wish to enroll, then contact us directly for the special multiple rate.
What's the difference Between 10-day residential and 12-day Residential?
All three sessions begin on a Monday and end of Friday of the following week. Residential students who wish to go home on weekends may elect to use the 10-day option instead of the 12-day, which covers housing for the entire program.

Please note that 10-day participants who still wish to participate in weekend excursions will be responsible for their own transportation to Cheshire as a day student would be.
Can day students participate in the weekend activity?
Yes - we add
