Program Overview:
|
At Boston Roundtable our goal is to promote positive education experiences for our students. Aided by counselors from top-ranking colleges, our summer programs allow students to experience and learn from some of the best minds in America. Students also participate in specialized curriculum that is designed to further their understanding of language, culture, and history.
Of course the camps do not confine the students to the classroom. We help out students make the most of their time abroad with visits to historical sites, landmarks, museums, and more! To see what we've been up to lately, read our 2019 program summary here! |
Our Students:Boston Roundtable works with a variety of student groups to carry out our programs. The "bread and butter" of our programs are visiting international students, however many others also have opportunities for domestic American students to get involved as participants and even as staff!
Our camps initially began as contracted projects co-led with schools and travel agencies in Asia. In 2019, however, Boston Roundtable launched its first programs open to domestic enrollment, including our Summer S.T.E.A.M. Camp at Cheshire Academy, and our ALCI Program in Boston! Scroll to the bottom of each camp page to see how you or your student can get involved in the action! |
Our Staff:Boston Roundtable assigns full time staff to lead our programs, but also employs seasonal staff members for our larger groups. All staff enjoy a competitive base salary as well as opportunities for bonuses and rooming, meals, and transportation provided throughout the program. Returning staff have further leadership opportunities.
Over two thirds of our staff come from US News and World Report Top 50 Colleges and Universities and have previous experience in a teaching or mentor role. Their strong academic backgrounds make them ideal leaders for our educational camps. For more info on our staff, as well as current openings, click here! |
