Program Coordinator

Boston Roundtable is looking for a task-oriented and driven program coordinator to work on various aspects of the company, but especially in communication with schools and individual student tutoring. Responsibilities:*
Your duties will be determined by the progress of the expansion of the company. The main duties will include, but not limited to services pertaining to the following:
*Actual workload will be assigned pursuant to the type of work hours contracted (full-time, part-time, etc.) We are also hiring for part-time positions
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree or higher
-Time-management skills
-2+ years running camp or summer programs in an administrative role, including booking itinerary
-Supervisory experience with employees, children, and college students
Preferred Qualifications:
-Previous experience teaching abroad or going abroad for academic purposes
-TEFOL or CELTA certification
-Intermediate to higher command of Mandarin Chinese

- Participate in the design and logistic planning of winter and summer camps under the supervisions of the Director of Educational Programs; coordinate, teach, and lead camps
- Assist the College Application services, including coordinating meetings with former admission officers and students, essay editing, summer planning, etc.
- Reach out to various schools in the U.S. to establish and maintain collaborative relationships
- Working with our Chinese partner and other Boston Roundtable personnel to recruit English-speaking American teachers to teach in China; participate in the management of the recruited American teachers.
- Participate in other company projects as needed.

- Market on college campuses and online. Examples include posting flyers, visiting job fairs, and communicating with career offices
- Maintain communication with current and prospective teachers via WeChat, email, and phone
- Strategizing ways to expand our teach abroad services and open new markets with solidified price points and market research
- As a growing company, Boston Roundtable may also delegate minor responsibilities for other areas of our work, such as travel camps and college consulting. Please see our website to learn more about our other services
